I have a friend named Carol who needs Sleep Apnea Treatment. We both have kids in camp and often are camp moms for when they stay overnight. Carol is a nice person, but Snores all of the time. In fact, she rattles the cabin when she is snoring as well. I have suggested snoring aids but she said that they do not work well on her. It gets to be so bad that most of the kids complain that they cannot sleep when Carol is in the camp.

However, as she is my friend, I feel obliged to help her get sleep apnea treatment. I know that she hates to go to the doctor unless she absolutely has to and does not know much about snoring aids. She did try to use one of those pillows once but it did not work. Carol snores when she sleeps on her side as well as her back. There is no stopping her once she gets going, either. No matter how many times the kids nudge her or try to get her to Stop Snoring, nothing works. One of the kids suggested that we get our own stop snoring devices by wearing earplugs.

I did not think it was a good idea for the kids to have to wear earplugs when they were sleeping so I talked to Carol about getting sleep apnea treatment. I went online and found a mask that would help her breathe easier. This was a better option than the Cpap, which can be very encumber some and expensive as well. Carol had heard about that mask and did not want to try it. She also did not have much money to spend on the snoring aids. It has gotten to the point where he asks a lot of the single women in town if he can bunk in with them for the night so that he can get some sleep. Not only do all of the kids at the camp ground know that Carol snores, but many of the adults have heard her snoring as well. We all hope that she gets sleep apnea treatment as soon as possible.
